The extensive grounds include 25 hectares of woodland, olive groves, and biodynamic vineyards, offering an immersive countryside experience. There are 4 shared parking spaces on site. One pet is allowed; events are not permitted. Beach towels are provided. Security cameras are present in shared outdoor areas and at the gates. The villa offers local vegetables and herbs, homemade olive oil and honey. Shuttle services to and from the airport and train station are available for an extra fee.
